The position - Technical Consultant
The Technical Consultant reports to the Manager Professional Services and is primarily responsible for the successful implementation of CRM projects with clients in the Benelux. Our candidate has an excellent understanding of business processes and uses an extensive technical knowhow to facilitate the implementation, upgrades and ongoing support of the CRM products and solutions. Furthermore he/she will provide pre-sales support to the sales department.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is used to work in a support environment and has a minimum of 2-3 years experience with the implementation of software projects. He/she has a very strong understanding of business processes (business process analyses) and a good technical and professional know how, which allows him/her to translate customer requests into software requirements and desired procedures.
We are looking for a Technical Consultant with excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills at all levels. He/she is a strong analytical thinker who can work as a team, yet work independently on complex problems. Self motivated, takes initiative and able to work under pressure. ‘Helicopterview’, exhibits good planning and time management skills.
