The organization is expanding in the Netherlands with its Energy Data Management, EDM product. The position - Service & Delivery Manager

Mar Recruitment is requested to assist in the identification, selection and recruitment of a Service & Delivery Manager for the Netherlands. The position will report to the Head of Services in The Netherlands.

We are looking for a highly skilled and an ambitious individual for a key role to lead the local delivery and service team for selected customers, securing high quality delivery and services. The Service and Delivery Manager will lead the local EDM business operation as support, project
implementation/deployment in the Netherlands.


Responsibilities / Accountabilities

The Service and Delivery Manager for EDM has the responsibility to lead the team for local services in the Netherlands including following key responsible areas:

  • Assurance of the adherence to budgets and performance requirements
  • Establishment of operational objectives
  • Management of the development, maintenance, and reporting of performance metrics (for example, data quality, customer metrics, financials)
  • Responsibility for managing resource demand to deliver the project portfolio and service level agreements (SLAs) in relation to contracted services
  • Building and maintaining the client relationships
  • Development a high performing team by providing vision, strategic leadership and talent development
  • Provide change management (CR’s) offers to existing customers
