The position - Senior Marketing Coordinator Industry Solutions International

Mar Recruitment Solutions has been requested to search for a Senior Marketing Coordinator Industry Solutions International for the Benelux organization. The Marketing Coordinator will be part of a strong, international marketing team (20 p) and reports to the Marketing Manager Industry Solutions International, situated in Germany.

Principal Responsibilities

• Planning, execution and controlling of marketing campaigns in the Benelux within the construction supplier and manufacturing industry. Full scope role: strategic and operational marketing.
• Define the strategy of how Marketing can best support Sales in the Benelux.
• Transformation of international campaigns to Benelux requirements
• Budget controlling
• Management of internal and external events
• Coordination of external agencies
• Close collaboration within the Business Unit Industry Solutions International, especially with Sales and Business Solutions
• Performance Measurement and Reporting

Candidate profile - Senior Marketing Coordinator Industry Solutions International

• Languages: Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch, preferably also another European language
• Education: Bachelor or Master degree (an economic degree with focus on marketing)

The ideal candidate is an experienced and senior B2B Marketing Professional in the IT or industrial environment. He/she is familiar with techniques and tools in B2B marketing and has an analytical, conceptual and project oriented working approach. Experience in working within an international Marketing team is a must. Our candidate has been proven successful with local implementations of international marketing campaigns. Thanks to excellent organizational and communicational skills, our candidate has the ability to translate features into benefits. Our candidate has good IT and very good MS Office skills.
