To ensure further growth, the Benelux sales team in the Architecture & Design division is to be expanded by a Regional Sales Manager Benelux.

 

The position - Regional Sales Manager Benelux

 

Mission and Objectives

  • Further business development by generating new business areas, customer segments, products/systems and expansion of the existing project business Benelux.

 

Tasks and Competencies

  • Management and further development of AD team 
  • Establishment of easy fiX kit at building material and craftsmen centers
  • Determination of offer/service
  • Introduction of new products to processors in the Benelux
  • Support of existing strategic partners (fabricators, facade builders) and nomination of new partners
  • Support of existing trade partners
  • (Techn.) Support of the Specification Manager Architecture at Top Architects
  • Responsible for customer trainings and fairs incl. defining & presenting content together with Tech. Sales Manager
  • Input market sustainability & member int. team
  • Representative for professional associations including participation in committees (sustainability, systems, BIM etc.)
  • Technical input to CAT for improvements / innovations (systems, approvals etc.)
  • Sales channels’ development for new products
  • Development of concepts for the further development of the facade business in Benelux
  • Commercial interface AD / ID (prices, conditions, complaints), negotiation of large projects with fabricators

 

Remuneration - Regional Sales Manager Benelux

 

Fix base salary + Bonus of 20% to 40% + Company Car
