We offer customized outplacement programs to prepare employees for the future, so they can quickly find another job.
In general, our outplacement services are one-to-one personal coaching sessions following several steps outlined below:
- Target the career and job you most want
Identify your (core) values, talents and skills and passions for the most fitting career perspective; identify the type of job you want by examining who you are, your strengths and accomplishments; examine career possibilities by following internships or traineeships.
We make use of a suite of recognized personality, ability and assessment tests and tools.
- Manage the job transition process
Close the activities at your current employer and prepare for a new future at another employer or as an entrepreneur. We manage any discouragement, self-doubt and disappointments during the process and provide clarity, direction, purpose and hope.
- Create a clear job-search action plan
Identify the type of job you want, clarify the specific industry and type of firm you want to work for, the preconditions and constraints
- Strengthen your application and networking skills
Create a powerful resumé, personal profile and covering letter; learn application skills and how to use your network: the 'elevator pitch', using social media and job banks on the internet, subscribing at agencies, networks etc.
- Manage the application process
We help you search for fitting vacancies and will set up network meetings and job-hunt activities.

The outplacement program will take about 3 months and consists of 8 face-to-face coaching sessions which take place every two weeks.
