The position - Manager Planning & Control
MAR Recruitment Solutions has been requested to search for a Manager Planning & Control.
The main responsibility of the Manager Planning & Control is the further strengthening of the control function. The execution of the strategy of Finance focused on the efficiency improvement of management information, the integration of management information and risk based information and the compliance with laws and regulations. Further, the Manager is the stem picture to the senior management within the bank. The Manager ensures proper communication and management information and advises to enable the execution of the strategy at department and bank level. Scenario analysis included.
The candidate contributes to the development of the control function and the integration of risk based information. He / she cooperates with senior management intensively and reports to the Director Finance.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Languages: Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language
Education: Academic level, business administration
The ideal candidate has around seven years experience within the financial services industry. He / she has great knowledge of financial products, business processes and efficiency improvement processes. He/ she is an independent thinker with a solid business understanding and a hands-on attitude. Our candidate has strong analytical skills, is result oriented, has flair and creativity and is an ‘out of the box’ thinker. He/she is an entrepreneur who has the ability to get things on track and who can easily translate the needs of the business into concrete actions. He/she is organization sensitive: shows awareness of formal and informal channels and the interest of various groups; has maturity and is capable of giving advise without causing resistance.
