The position - Human Resources Manager EMEA
This position will provide expertise for all human resources functions and initiatives in the EMEA region and provide primary support to our EMEA regional management board. The Human Resources Manager will have leadership responsibilities for a team of 3 regional HR generalists and also be responsible for providing HR business support to the EMEA back office and the business operations in various eastern European countries.
We are looking for an operationally-focused, results- and people-oriented person with sound judgment and the ability to balance business considerations. Primary disciplines include recruitment and retention, employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning and compensation. Must have a hands-on orientation and be involved in tactical and transactional issues.
